Petitioner could not furnish bail bond in pursuance of order granting anticipatory bail on 19.06.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.2490 of 2020 connection with Purnea Sadar P.S.Case No.395 of 2019.

Submission is that due to Covid-19 effect, the court work was paralyzed. Hence, bail bond could not be furnished.

By way of last chance, further four weeks time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bond.
