Learned counsel for the Bank is present and submits that the order passed in CWJC No.8266 of 2002 had been the subject-matter of intra-Court appeal in LPA No.1353 of 2009, which was heard along with LPA No.1236 of 2009, which arose out of CWJC No.8171 of 2002. The said appeals have been allowed and the order passed by the writ Court has been set aside.The contempt application is, thus, rendered infructuous. It is thus dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to any other appropriate remedy,
