The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.680 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is nothing on record to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49845 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that the prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused, Brajesh Kumar has already been rejected by this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
