The petitioner seeks bail in Baruraj P.S. Case No. 296/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that he is not named in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that wife of informant had left house due to family dispute. Later on her dead body was recovered.

During investigation police recorded confessional statement of co-accused Subodh Kumar, who disclosed name of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S.
