JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1)(x) of he S.C.S.T Prevention of Atrocities Act.

It is alleged that while the informant was going to market this petitioner stopped and abused him by calling his caste name and snatched one mobile and Rs. 6000/- from his pocket. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case has been lodged due to political rivalry.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.207 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 within a period of six weeks from today in connection with the aforesaid noted case pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
