The petitioner seeks bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 379/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant parked a motorcycle in the premises of the petrol-pump, but his motorcycle was missing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the seizure-list, it would appear that the motorcycle of the informant was recovered on 31.12.2016 by the side of road. The petitioner was arrested forcibly by the police. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15781 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S.
