2. The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Bagaha Branch, is directed to call for the service record from the different places of posting of the petitioner and make payment of amount in lieu of leave encashment relating to the period, the petitioner has not been paid.

3. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation giving details of the period, he is entitled for payment of amount in lieu of leave encashment.

4. The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Bagaha Branch, in any case, must not delay the matter relating to making payment of dues as has been prayed in the present writ petition and he must ensure to make payment of the amount within a period of three weeks from the date of passing of this order.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
