2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased sister of the informant, has been falsely implicated as the accusations are general and omnibus against all the members of the petitioner and his family without however specifying any specific date when the demand or torture was made. It is submitted that the petitioner's mother has been granted anticipatory bail.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence as well as the fact that the petitioner is the
