Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016 registered under Sections- 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is submitted that petitioner is Bahnoi of Subodh Mandal. He had come to his house for some function. Ganja has been recovered from the house of Subodh Mandal. From the seizure list it appears that 6 Kg 100gm Ganja was recovered from the house of Subodh Mandal. It is mentioned in the written report that this petitioner was present in the house and he told before the police that he brings Ganja and gives it to Subodh Mandal for sale. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8687 of 2017 (4) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 list, it appears that there is no recovery of Ganja from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Ganja has been recovered from the house of Subodh Mandal. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case aforementioned, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016.
