Mr. Sri Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barharia P.S.Case No. 173 of 2017 registered under Sections 363,366A and 379 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's brother's wife went to ease out in the field but she did not return back. Later on, he found that she was kidnapped by the accused persons. Submission is that petitioner and informant side are agnate and the case was lodged after delay of more than 15 days. The victim herself appeared and given her statement before the court and she was not recovered from the clutch of the petitioner and she is a married lady having children. He submits that earlier also, an informatory petition regarding false implication in a case by the informant was given by the petitioner's side and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.27439 of 2018(4) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Mahto, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017.
