In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the official respondents to arrest respondent no.8 and produce him before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 110 of 2013 in which after taking cognizance for the offences under sections 498-A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.29 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Code, the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate has issued warrant of arrest against him.
In my view, this application is thoroughly misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
