The Petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341,323,324,337,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the informant on his head with axe, causing bleeding. The injury report has been enclosed with the case diary wherein the Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
