The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14768/2020 and for extension of time to furnish the bail bond.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 46/2003 to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

The order dated 03.07.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
