2. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 03.06.2022 passed in Supply Case No. 05 of 2022 by which the Licensing Authority cum Sub Divisional Officer, Sherghati (Gaya) has cancelled the license no. 27/16 of the petitioner granted under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of appeal under Rule 32 (3) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10634 of 2022(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 2016, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Magistrate.
4. The concerned District Magistrate is required to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a statutory period of sixty days as mentioned in Rule 32 (3) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. (Purnendu Singh, J) Niraj/Nilmani U
