The petitioner was appointed for 59 days. Thereafter, for certain charges, he was removed from service. The Corporation filed suit for recovery of the amount which was dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled to the posting as well as salary.
It is a fact that the petitioner had worked only for 59 days and he was appointed temporarily which does not create any civil
