Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.04.2016 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The local Chaukidar gave his fardbeyan on 03.04.2016 before Mirganj police that a dead body was lying in the field side and the dead body reveals that the murder has been committed. Thereafter Dinanath Sahani filed a written report on 08.04.2016 stating therein that the said dead body was of his son Chandan Sahani who had gone from the house on 02.04.2016 and thereafter did not return. When information regarding dead body was received, he suspected that the petitioner and others named accused persons might have committed the murder. The reason for

The case diary revels that only week circumstance is there against the petitioner Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj /Successor Court, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016.
