Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2017 in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 for the offence under section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Arwal , in connection with Mahendia P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017, Jehanabad.
