Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and she has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is motherin-law of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against her. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner is an old lady aged about 75 years having no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
