2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 125, 132, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., abused and assaulted police personnel as a result of which some of them sustained injuries. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
