JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner Prince Kumar Singh fired on the informant but he did not receive any injury. The motive of the occurrence alleged to be the fact that the informant tried to get some information under R.T.I. from the office of Panchayat Mukhiya and the petitioners are the supporters of the Panchayat Mukhiya. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.564 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sheohar in connection with Bhatahan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
