JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant the benefits of 1st time bound promotion w.e.f. 24.01.1993, the benefits of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f. 9.8.1999 as also to grant the benefits of M.A.C.P. w.e.f. 24.01.2013.

The petitioner appears to have superannuated on 31.01.2017.

Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.12133 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 representation before the District Magistrate-cum- Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram and in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate-cum- Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram shall take appropriate steps to redress the grievances of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight from the date of filing of such representation.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
