2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1562(c) of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact no interpolation has been made in the mark sheet of the petitioner which continues to disclose 50.19% marks secured by him. In support a supplementary affidavit has been filed enclosing a copy of the mark sheet dated 07.10.2006 (Annexure-1).

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection Complaint Case No. 1562(c) of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
