Petitioner is accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to dirty politics of the village, petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2016 without any fault on his part. Moreover, charge has already been framed in this case.
