JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 363 and 363(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 6.3.2018. The petitioner being lady is entitled to special consideration in the matter of grant of bail. He also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. At the relevant time she was suffering from mental disorder which fact has come in the case diary. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
