JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 This is a frivolous litigation with the petitioner not even being an applicant for grant of a dealership under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Scheme but yet the petitioner has adventurously filed the writ petition to question the award in favour of the private respondent inter alia on grounds that the land offered by the private respondent for the purpose of dealership does not belong to him.

I have consciously referred to adventurism on the part of the writ petitioner for even while questioning the right of the private respondent to offer the land in question for the purpose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2358 of 2013 (2) dt.29-02-2016 dealership, the petitioner himself has taken refuge to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court for adjudication on the issue of title over the land in question.
