The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 464 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband and the case has been compromised. On the basis of compromise the matrimonial suit bearing M.M. Case No. 96 of 2013 was disposed of. Having considered the fact that the husband and wife has been able to resolve their disputes, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.359 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 464 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
