The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S.Case nO.20 of 2009 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, submission of the learned A.P.P. is that in this case process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been initiated and the case is of the year, 2009. As such the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is not maintainable.

Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
