JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 379, 324, 326, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that witnesses of the occurrence have already been examined only official witnesses are yet to be examined. Considering the fact that the trial did not progress due to Corona effect and now the learned court below has taken steps for early conclusion of the trial, I am not inclined to review earlier order of refusal of prayer for bail dated 01.09.2020 considering nature of allegation against the petitioner.
