2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, G.R. No. 1509 of 2015.

It is submitted that the present FIR has been instituted belatedly on 05.04.2015 for the alleged occurrence of 06.03.2015 only as a defence against the FIR No. 1121909 (Annexure-2) instituted by the petitioner's father with regard to assault made by the son of the present informant, as a result of which the petitioner's father had suffered severe

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27489 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 injuries and was lying unconscious. It is stated that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in an entirely concocted story

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, learned J.M.Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
