ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. Having regard to the fact that the only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is seeking a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein for disposing of the Supply Appeal No. 06/2017 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. There shall be a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously
Patna High Court CWJC No.9872 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing.
Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
