Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) PS Case No.194 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 385, 387, 379, 435, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Allegation in brief is that some members of the extremist outfit came at the brick kiln of the informant and set ablaze the tractor parked there as the demand of extortion was not fulfilled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR, two mobile numbers mentioned in the FIR do not belong to the petitioner and the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Krishna Bhuiyan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) PS Case No.194 of 2017.
