Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with C.I.-1817/2017, registered under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant in sum and substance alleged that she was married to Sadam Ansari in the year 2009 and after marriage, her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and other family members subjected her to all sorts of torture and eventually the complainant was ousted from her matrimonial house with her minor child.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant. The allegation of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39846 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 demand of dowry and torture is palpably false. The complainant picked up quarrel with her husband and fled away from the house. The petitioner has no manner of concern. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with C.I.-1817/2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
