The petitioner seeks bail in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2020. Vide order dated 24.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that eight witnesses have already been examined and only Medical Officer and Investigating Officer are yet to be examined. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the
