JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the victim as a result she died.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant being the father of the victim has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

In view of this court, this is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.829 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 within six weeks from today in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Araria. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
