The petitioners seek bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act and under Section 32 of Indian Forest Act. The informant got information that both the petitioners have got a place in the forest and they were preparing country made liquor. The police raided the place and huge quantity of Jawa Mahua packed in different pots etc. was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not arrested on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioners were preparing country made liquor in the forest. The petitioners are in jail since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Khaira P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016.
