JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A country-made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12858 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/Successor Court, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.233 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
