The Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 24.01.2017 and he was not caught on the spot. It is alleged that a motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the said motorcycle belong to the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14744 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
