2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Ramanugra Ray alleged that on 22.05.2020, all the 42 F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, and 20 unknown persons, variously armed, assaulted informant and his family members, as a result of which 10 persons sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50971 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 submits that specific accusation of assault is against other coaccused persons. So far as, these petitioners are concerned, allegation of assault is general and omnibus against them. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 69579 of 2021. 5 . Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of eight weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional district Judge - VI Danapur Patna in connection with Bihta PS case No. 360/ 2020, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C .
