Patna High Court CWJC No.4985 of 2011 (10) dt.30-01-2015 2 / 2 University, this writ application is disposed of with a clear understanding that the position, so taken in the counter-affidavit, must be fulfilled, because the matter is now within the domain of the University to settle the claim of the petitioner. The State Government has been releasing fund from time to time, and if they are awaiting some more release of fund, that is another issue; but settlement must be done of the claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

The writ application is disposed of.
