2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 185.325 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 27.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-Banka cum Special Judge, Excise Court-I, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Rajoun (Nabada O P) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Mansi Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month.
