02. 08.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 308 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 448 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them. The prayer for bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.)
