The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered under Sections 363/366(A) of the I.P.C. and later on added 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that one Salma Begum lodged and F.I.R. that her daughter was taken away by one Chhotu Ansari with a view to solemnize marriage and she suspected the hands of seven named accused persons who are villagers and family members of Chhotu Ansari. Petitioner is said to be the mother of Chhotu Ansari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner due to enmity

Learned counsel submits that one of the co-accused has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by learned coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc.No. 33367 of 2019, vide Annexure '3' to the present application, No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, whereunder this petitioner is said to be the mother of one Chhotu Ansari about whom it is alleged that he had enticed and taken away the daughter of the informant, there being no specific allegation against this petitioner and that the husband of the informant has lodged a complaint (Annexure '2') in which he has made allegation against the informant itself, as also one of the co-accused who has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by learned coordinate Bench of this court vide Annexure '3' to the present application, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.
