ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 27.1.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2356(c) of 2010 on the ground taken in the supplementary affidavit that the entire amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has already been deposited in the Court below in favour of the Complainant.

In view of such, the application is allowed and the entire Proceeding including the order dated 27.1.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2356(c) of 2010 is hereby set aside.
