JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.276 of 2015 registered under Sections 13, 16, 18 U.A.P. Act.

Allegation in brief is that the informant received demand of rangdari or extortion from a mobile number mentioned in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown and some accused in Hilsa P.S. Case No.550 of 2015 were arrested and except name of the petitioner disclosed by them that this petitioner used to supply arms, there is no material against him. This petitioner has been in custody since 16.1.2017.
