2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 38 of 2023 (arising out of Pali P.S. Case No.12 of 2023) lodged under Sections 363 and 366A of the I.P.C. and later on added sections 368, 370A, 372, 373, 376, 379, 411/34 of the IPC read with sections 4, 6, 8, 10 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69555 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48785 of 2024(3) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 that the stage of the trial has been called for. From stage of the trial, the trial court intimates that about 8 to 9 months may take place in completion of trial.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the allegation of POCSO has been made against the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
