The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 27(b)(ii) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

Prohibited drugs were recovered from the premises of the petitioner, who applied for renewal of the drug license after the death of his father. The co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 1661 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2774 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
