The petitioner is accused in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 registered under Sections 341,323,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant in his statement stated that he has not identified any accused persons and that no 'Rangdari' was demanded. The petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 11.07.2016. Also the Charge has been framed.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11100 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014.
