20.02.2015 The case has come under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioners. Due to inadvertence in the order dated 16.01.2015 the name of Petitioner No. 7 has wrongly been mentioned as Sugriv Sah whereas it should have been Sugriv Singh. The order is modified to the extent that the name of the Petitioner No. 7 be read as Sugriv Singh in place of Sugriv Sah.

Four weeks' time is further allowed for surrender of the Petitioners.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 (G.R. No. 787 of 2014).
