The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on the post of lecturer on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 & other annexures annexed to this petition and submitted that the appointment of the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28993 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 valid and genuine.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, DistrictAurangabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
