JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim was recorded by the police at the time of recovery of the victim and the victim specifically stated in her statement recorded by the police at the time of recovery that she got boarded in a bus by one Tika Bista. The victim has nowhere stated about her kidnapping and forcibly being taken away by the petitioners, who happen to be drivers of the concerned bus.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S.case No. 183 of 2016.
